Terms & Conditions

To rent a vehicle from 24/7 Rental Vehicles Pty Ltd, the following conditions must be met:

1. Age Limit: All drivers must be at least 21 years of age. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a "Young Driver Surcharge".
2. License: A valid, full driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months is required. International hirers must provide a valid passport and, if the license is not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP).
3. Identification: Two forms of identification are required at the time of pickup, including a utility bill or proof of residence.

All rental payments are due in advance on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all vehicles. This amount is held to cover any potential damages, cleaning fees, or fuel shortages.
2. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Cash payments are only accepted at our physical office locations.
3. Weekly Rates: Our advertised rates apply to 7-day rental blocks. Late returns will be charged at a daily pro-rata rate plus a penalty fee.

The Renter is responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup until the vehicle is returned and checked in by a staff member.

1. Standard Excess: In the event of an accident, a standard excess applies. The amount varies based on the vehicle model and driver's age.
2. Exclusions: Insurance does not cover damage caused by driving on unsealed roads, immersion in water, or overhead/underbody damage.
3. Third Party: Standard third-party property damage is included in all rental agreements.

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.

1. If a vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the start of the rental, a refueling service charge of $20 plus the cost of fuel will be applied.
2. Misfueling (putting the wrong type of fuel into the vehicle) is not covered by insurance and the Renter will be liable for all repair costs.

We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

1. More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any prepaid amount minus a $25 administration fee.
2. Less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 day's rental will apply.
3. No-Show: No refund will be provided if the Renter fails to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time.
